My email to SGIVC after a sleepless night

To whom it may concern (although I suspect no one gives a damn!)

Can I please be updated if my reservation cancellation has been done?

Oh but wait! My email must have been received at 3:01pm thus the extension of another working day for reply.

OK whatever!...

We're at your mercy now anyhow.

Plus, I'm writing this at 4am+ in the morning because I'm losing sleep over how to tell my mom that I most probably won't be able to bring her to the promised vacation to Kuantan because I can now only book 1 room for any holidays with SGIVC. Some "terms & condition" your sales agent never told us when we bought this stupid membership. But I understand... probably not trained well enough to sell us the full details? Or could they been trained too well in that matter?!...

Oh but then again, I can always use additional money to book some other hotel rooms. Or book at Swiss Garden itself! How's that? Sounds great right?! SGIVC member paying to book at their home-based hotel. Funny indeed!

You laugh on my behalf please.

Ever since we signed up with SGIVC, it has been a downhill experience ever since. We now know fully-well that we've signed up for something very much below par from what we're promised with.

But can you please have a heart and don't let us feel *this* bad?

All we ask for is just let us use up the yearly allocation.

I'm OK with getting stuck on just your home-based hotels that amount to just the fingers on one hand (and 3 on the same location mind you!)...

I'm OK with having to pay for the not-so-high-quality surcharge local hotels (which I have to make complaints here and there during each stay!)...

BUT I'm absolutely NOT OK with being allowed to only book 1 room for each stay!

You guys sold the advantage of FAMILY vacation. You REALLY should have told us that it does NOT include extended family! And that it does not include grown-up children. Imagine when my 2 kids grow up... Do you expect husband and wife plus 2 adult (kids) to cram in 1 room for FAMILY VACATION?! Thank you so much!

People who receive this email, you really should forward this on to your management. I was so pissed off when I did not manage to book the 2 units I want on Tuesday, but I know it's no point scolding the lady at the other end. In fact, I always think it must be so painful to be an operator at SGIVC. You must be talking to pissed off customers all year round!

I'm going off back to sleep now... but I suspect it'll be impossible. Still have to figure out about my mom's part you see... on Mother's Day month somemore! Damn.

I hope people who made big money in SGIVC and the sales agent that withheld information on purpose sleep well at night knowing fully well that they have gained the hard-earned money from people like us by selling things that they never have the capability to provide.

p.s.: Sorry if my words are harsh, but put yourself in my shoes. I very pissed off, you see. I promise to write a more polite mail next time, when I'm my usual self. But I guess you guys know promises are just promises most of the time.

I' as sgivc ECHO your comment fullY!.A lot of terms/clauses WAS NOT told to us BEFORE signing as member.Don't expect us, as customers to support their business, to read thru this clauses.SGIVC should pre-alert us on ALL these terms!

Agree with u...i experience the same problems as yours, sopiss off. Yup, the sales personare too wel trained, to leave those info that willchase us away.
