Made a bad decision and living the consequences

I made a big decision this week.

I don't know if it is the right or wrong decision. But I guess it's a bad decision.

Screwed up big time, and my conscience was haunting me.

Then, decided to come clean about it. Thought maybe it'll end up like George Washington and the cherry tree story.

But not all stories end up like fairy tales.

Got scolded head to toe for it. Can't even remember when was the last time I got scolded like that.

Anyway, at least it made me feel better than hiding the truth and pretend nothing happened.

Sorry doesn't change a thing.

But it does make me feel better.
