Facebook vs Blogger and Ariel vs Oreo

I find that the existence of Facebook partially contributes to my MIA episodes here.

I wanted to jot some of my feelings down just now and I automatically turned to FB. Then, I realized I wanted to have this feeling preserved for my children to see. So I came here instead. But in the past year or so, I bet FB won the battle many many times when such situation arose.

Anyway, I just wanted to write down the below:

Qian Hui was watching The Little Mermaid with me and half-way through, she said "I don't want Ariel. I want to watch Oreo".

I launched a browser and went to Google Search > Images and loaded a full page of Oreo cookies, "You wanna watch these?"

QianHui nodded and said yes.

And so we sat there and stared at the Oreo cookie images.

Kids... they don't need logics nor reasons.
