Fei Fei Crab Restaurant

Had dinner at Fei Fei Crab Restaurant after seeing the review on foodpoi.

As there were only 2 of us with the kids, we did not manage to order too much food. We had a plate of Fried Sin Chew Bee Hoon (RM12 for 2), Stir-fried Sweet Potato Shoots, Sizzling Seafood Platter (RM20) and their Milky Salted Egg Crab With Buns (XXL crabs were priced at RM52 per kg while the buns costed RM4).

Milky Salted Egg Crabs

Overall, we liked the crab best. The gravy was so yummy, with just the right degree of rich buttery flavour and a hint of heat from the dried chillies. The buns were probably cousins of the Gardenia Bread because they're so good that you can even eat it on its own! (OK stupid joke I know... :P)

The rest of the dishes were OK. The Seafood Platter was a little too sourish to my liking. We'll probably go back again for the crab dishes. They have a decent variety of dishes on their menu which look interesting and probably worth a try.
